REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS

As standard, we operate a 28-day refund policy. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher issued by Ticket Tailor to use on any event, in any city on any date. Refunds will only be considered 28 days or more before the date of the show. Under 28 days before the show, we regret that tickets are non-refundable or transferable; however, ticket holders who cannot attend are entitled to find someone else to attend in their place.

Ticket refund protection insurance is now available as an option to select at checkout, supplied by XCover. For a small fee, you can protect your tickets in case you need to cancel for a wide range of reasons. Check out the XCover policy at https://www.xcover.com/en/claim



TICKET TRANSFERS

Tickets are non-transferable.

Except under special circumstances mentioned above, or if we are informed of an error on the ticket no more than 48 hours after purchasing. It is the customer's responsibility to fully check the dates on the confirmation email and inform us immediately if there is an error within a maximum of 48 hours to qualify for a complimentary re-schedule. Any amendments to dates after this window will incur a £15 per person administration fee.
